Located on 54 acres of salt marsh with limited human contact makes the perfect

Peaceful surrounding for rehabilitation.

This peninsula is open space made up of Suffolk County and Town of Brookhaven Park Lands, and private lots.  The wetlands are full of wildlife who have over the years have taken up the role as surrogate parents for those who are orphaned. We work with other Rehabilitators and have assisted in successful releases of their orphaned or rehabilitated wildlife. We are a small Not for Profit and for the most part self funded. We give 24 hour care when needed and show great compassion towards

the wildlife. We work hard to preserve the wetlands.
