All the wildlife pictures you see on this page are not from rehabilitation but call Sheep Pen Creek home. These picture were taken  from the front of my home. Some out my window. Watching these beautiful birds in the wild is the way it was meant to be.

 

Saving this beauty should not be such a battle seeing as only a hand full of areas this beautiful still exist on Long Island.

 

We have reached out to many government agencies , civic groups and nature groups. We thank the NYS DEC for addressing a major issue and hope their action reflects the magnitude  of the damage done to the wetlands.  

 

Shame on those who turn their backs on nature.       

 

 

 

What keeps us going is the 350+ friends of wildlife. Thank you for your support and kind words.
